Last Ride by Nathan Bridges aka Jace
Everyone's life has been read Leading us down a path For each to tread
Never knowing where it leads We follow it By any means
Yet we all tend To wind up at The very End
Where Death has now become our guide As we all go For our last ride
Comments? More to come.

Very good Jace, I like it. Your poetry is somewhat dark, but has some lightness to it, while mine is just plain somewhat dark. I give you four finger snaps out of five. *Snap, snap, snap, snap*

If you think that's dark you should hear this. It's not a poem but eh..
In a flash of gold the crimson tide rose to my ankles. The metalic odor of it seemed to reach into my head and chike it to death. I couldn't stay here. I sloshed through the think, warm sea deperately seaching for a way out. But all I could see was chunks of soft, squishy icebergs floating in the sea. As I neared them the copper odor intensified and gripped my tongue just to show how sickly sweet it is. Keep moving, gotta keep moving, can't move. My legs soon gave out and The sea splashed up to meet and taunt me with it's face. As I stared into it's eyes I saw a demon's stare back into mine. I'm sorry... I'm sorry...
If you're wondering about the gold flash, read my prolog back at Cosmic gaga. It's from the charaters magnokinesis.

Your poetry has warped my Fragile little mind.
